Mountain Mist 50K race update!

Update: Jeff Walton completed the toughest 50k in Alabama last sat. in what was his first ultramarathon. Jeff's time was 5:53 and some change, pretty good for a first timer on a brutal course. Way to go Jeff!!! Stay tuned for JW's race report
