Swiftwick Zero Merino sock review

Just a quick review on the socks that carried me through 31.34 miles of mud, roots, rocks, creek crossings and 27 miles of sweet single track trail. I had planned on changing socks at AS#4(22.52miles)during the blackwarrior50k. This aid station came a little over 2.5 miles after what I thought was the last water crossing. What I discovered was even after 22+ miles and what seemed like 15 creek crossings I didn't need to change socks, the socks had already started drying and my feet felt the same as when I started. It saved me time by not having to change and my feet felt great. So after 5:44 mintues of playing in the woods and water I never had a blister and actually not even a hot spot to mention. Now that is saying something! These are without a doubt the best socks I have ever had on my feet and the only socks I would trust to get me through my next ultra event. www.swiftwick.com

keep moving forward
