Hello!

Wow! It's been a while since my last post. Basically I've been trying to maintain my base fitness and I will later this month start preparing for The Dizzyfities 50k. I have a lot of ideas of what I want to accomplish in this my 2ND 50k, so with the experience I gained from Black Warrior and my new more accomplished and faster running partners I hope to put in a complete effort and really push my boundaries. I will try and post more on my specific training once the actual training starts around the 26th of this month. So until them. KEEP MOVING FORWARD
