Training Week 10/25-10/31

Monday: 6.0 mi. (Easy)
Tuesday: 6.1 mi (Hill/Tempo) Dyer Observ. Summit Ascent #21
Wednesday: 5.0 mi (Easy)
Thursday:7.0 mi (Easy)
Friday: 4.0 mi (Easy)
Saturday: 22.4 (Long Run) Yellow x 2. Red/CC/Blue/CC/Red
Sunday: Off (Rest)

Week Total: 50.5

Notes: Well I have to say as far as quality and feeling good each run, this would have to be my best week thus far. My month total ended up well over 200 which is the biggest month ever for me,so I'm stoked about that. Tuesday's trip up to Dyer felt great, each of my steady runs felt easy and my long run Sat. was really strong with little recovery needed over the weekend. I am now under 3 weeks till race day and I only have 1.5 weeks left of solid running followed by about 10 days of taper leading up to race day. I am healthy and feeling great I now just have to hold on to what I've got and hopefully show up motivated to put in a great effort. Till next time.
