Tuesday: 4.0 "NT" Short 2 x 1 mile pick ups.
Wednesday: OFF (Rest)
Thursday: 6.0 Jones Pwy. Loop
Friday: 4.0 Maryland Way Park
Saturday: 18.2 PWP Red, yellow x 2
Sunday: 3.5 Soccer game
Week Total: 41.0
Notes: This was by far my best week dating back to mid November. I had a solid week of training. This included a nice short interval run on Tuesday, a great 18 + mile LSD run on sat. with the HRURC boys and a super hard soccer game on Sunday (Great Interval workout) All in all I'm super happy with the week in training. I now look forward to more of the same this week.
