Sunday: 3.5 Soccer
Week Total: 33.48 mi.
Notes: Ok, really not the mileage I needed but I got what I could. Sunday's soccer game from the previous week left me sore and with some tight hamstrings. Ok treshold workout on Thursday and a ok Med. distance trail run Sat. All in all just an average week. Looking forward to a big week next week.
