Weekly Total: 37.0 mi.

Notes: Like last week I started off the strong but ended not getting the mileage I wanted. I did get to run 6 out of 7 days which is good, I just lacked a long run. We had planned to do 20 + on Saturday but the wind and rain derailed that plan. Overall I feel great, the 7 workouts I did last week felt good and no injuries to speak of. I plan on making this month a big month and continue building my base and towards the end start throwing in some speed work. My next big race is the 10hour endurance run on a 0.5 mile track and I'm not sure how to prepare for that. I have been doing laps at my local park but nothing over an hour. I am actively looking for ideas of to which I should train. That's about it for now, all is well and I look forward to longer miles!
