Notes: This was my first week back to a somewhat normal running schedule. I had planned to take a full 2 weeks off after Tashka 50k but with the great weather we've been having I couldn't resist. I got pretty much all I wanted out of the week with a flat easy run, 2 hilly runs and a hard & hilly 13 miler late in the week. I capped the week off with a spin on the (SCT) just To get some soft easy trail miles. So from here I am looking forward to getting right back in the flow of training and preparation for Delano Park 12 hour in early March. Below is a list of equipment that is essential for me day in and Day out. I don't leave home without these items.
