Wednesday: (AM) 6.0 miles (Tempo) Brentwood Loop
Thursday: Rest (OFF)
Friday: Rest (OFF)
Saturday: Rest (OFF)
Sunday: 3.20 Harris Farms Loop

Week Total: 21.70

Notes: Well this week will go down as a rest week for me. Between work and my little girls 1st Bday and the birthday party at the weekend I just couldn't get out the door. I guess I was needing a little rest anyhow. So now the legs feel fresh and I am ready to put in a solid 8 week block of solid and consistant training. So get out there!
