Training Week 9/20-9/26

Monday: 6.0 miles (Easy) Brentwood Loop
Tuesday: 6.07 (Hill Run) 5.20 (Harris Farms Loop) Dyer Observatory Summit Ascent #16
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 6.20 (Hill Run) Dyer Observatory Summit Ascent # 17
Friday: 6.65 (Easy) Brentwood Loop
Saturday: 20.4 Old Beech Trail x 3 (LSD)
Sunday: 3.20 (Easy)


Week Total: 53.65

Notes: Well this was the biggest week I have ever put down, literally. I had a very good week for my standards and ended up feeling very good. After putting together a few solid runs through out the week, I then had a great 20.4 long trail run on Saturday morning. This is my 3rd trip above 20 in the last 4 weeks so I think the body is getting the idea of what I am asking of it. Sunday I just did a short easy run to shake out the tightness and I felt great. So with this great week in the books I now look to build on this, as I rapidly approach my November goal race. Happy Trails!!!
