Notes: Well I had a pretty good, week not the mileage total that I wanted but I felt great on every run and had a great Long Run on Sat. The next week looks to be another big one for me so I guess I just got to put it down. Feeling good, now only 7 weeks out from Dizzy Fifties. get out there
