Training Week 10/4-10/10

Monday: 6.0 mi.(Easy) Bwood Loop
Tuesday: 6.30 mi. (Hill) Forest Hills
Wednesday: 6.0 (Easy)
Thursday: 6.3 mi. (Hill) Forest Hills
Friday: 6.0 mi. (Tempo) Bwood Loop
Saturday: 13.6 mi. (Long Run) Old Beech Trail x 2
Sunday: OFF

Week Total: 44.2 mi.


Notes: Pretty good week overall with 6 straight days of running. The Hill runs and the Tempo run went great still had a lot of energy for Saturday's medium long run, which went as planned. A little short on the total mileage for the week with only the 13.6 miles and not the regular 20 ++. So another busy week next week, but I hope I find the time to knock out atleast 50. As of now I am all
systems go! Feeling good and motivated..
