Notes: Pretty good week for me, shorter long run, but a sold 7 workouts in 6 days. I now have 5 weeks till race day and I am feeling pretty good. Looking forward to 3 hard weeks and about a 10 day taper for race day. Legs feeling good and ready to go. Till next time "keep moving forward"
