Notes: Pretty good week for me, as I added to an already busy month of training. Although the mileage was a little short of where I wanted to be I had a great Hill/Tempo run and a great long run on Saturday. As I look 4 weeks ahead I'm starting to get that feeling in my stomach that you get on race day. It seems as if I've been waiting forever for this one. As it is I still have 2 1/2 weeks of training and about 7/10 days of taper left so it's time to get the hay in the barn and get ready. Here's to a great week and fall weather.
