Friday: 3.45 miles (Brentwood Loop)
Saturday: 20.4 PWP Yellow x 3 (WOW, super tired legs??)
Sunday: OFF (Rest)
Total: 41.85 miles
Notes: Not a bad week, but I had really tired legs all week. I think the super fast and hard LR the previous sat. got the best of me. Sat's long run was great because I got in another 20 with really fried legs. So 10 weeks to go before Dizzy Fifties and I think I'm on track.
