Notes: This was a solid base building week for sure. I had a couple of great hill run workouts and a great long trail run on Saturday. The fitness seems to be returning! While I only managed to get up to the mid 40's for the weekly mileage, I still felt that I gained some during the week. The weather was great all week and it felt awesome not to have to waste so much energy trying to stay warm. As far as my mind and body; I feel great! nothing to mention as far as injury or sickness. I look forward to keeping the momentum and putting together an even bigger and better week this week. I've also set a new minor goal and that is to summit Dyer Observatory 100 times in 2011. I have 3 down and a lot to go. Here's to great weather and a return to fitness.
