Monday: Off

Thursday: 8.6 "NT" long (med. tempo)
Friday: 3.5 Maryland Way Park "Laps"
Saturday: 20.6 PWP Trail (LSD) Yellow x 3
Sunday: 4.3 Intervals, soccer

Week Total: 47.0 mi.

Notes: Not a horrible week, I still managed 47 miles. Work really shortened a couple of my week day runs, as well as my planned 22 miler on Saturday but I did what I could. My legs feel pretty good and the Long Run went well on Saturday. I just went at a steady mid 9 min pace and held that for a pretty good LSD workout. Matt and Brian met me there for our stroll in the dark woods of PWP. I am now about 12 weeks from R.U.T.S and I feel I have a lot of work to do. I really don't know how to prepare for a 10 hour flat course run other than to just run and run often. I plan on getting my weekly mileage up in the mid 70's at the top of my training. My body and health is good besides a few spring allergies. I look forward to gaining more and more fitness and enjoying the start of Spring. Onward we go !
