Week Total: 32.40 mi.
Notes: OK week in terms of running, but didn't get a chance to get in a long run, thus the lower mileage total. Thurs. and Fri. I had 2 really good workouts with a solid steady mid. tempo run on Thursday and a super great hard lap work out on Friday. Overall I feel my fitness is coming around and look toward pushing it up a few notches in the month of April. For now that's all I've got and I need to go run!!
