After a great start to month here I am a little over half way through what will be my biggest month ever. While that's not saying much in some circles for me its a significant step to better fitness. This week is starting to shape up as another personal best for me
as far as a weekly mileage total goes and if all goes as planned Saturday mornings long run will be a little over the marathon distance also a personal best in training. An uptake in mileage and long run distance are both markers that I set to insure that I go into my next race with a big base and more time on my feet and hopefully better fitness. Today I feel great and all systems are a go. I just hope to hold up to the increased mileage. I'm still enjoying the ride and hope to ride it for as long as I can. Till next time, "Get out there"
