Notes: This was another solid week for me in what has been a solid training month thus far. I got in 2 really good lap workouts @ M.W.P and a hard 20 + miler on the road and trails of PWP & EWP. Everyone seems to be ramping up the miles and workouts and its bringing out the best in all of us. The body,mind and legs feel great and I look forward to ever increasing mileage. The next 5/6 weeks are the most important as far as my prep goes towards my next race and I enter this phase with enthusiasm and the willingness to suffer and get the time and mileage in. Now get out there and find your way!!!
