Notes: Ok, that hurt! I was tired most of the week and still managed to have the most productive running week in a while. For 2012 I really want to have more 50,60 & 70 mile weeks than the 2011 norm of 40&50 mile weeks with a couple of 60's thrown in there. I feel this will set me up well for the year. So looking back on the week I had a few solid workouts during the week and a long slow 22 mile trail run this morning, while I went into that run very tired I felt that this will pay dividends in March as I prepare for Delano Park. So tired legs today but very happy with the week. Now time for a beer. Yuengling anyone?... Cheers
